A 14-year-old boy sustained a two-fragment lateral triplane fracture was diagnosed with reconstructive CT scan and treated with open redction after faiure of closed manipulation.

• 超过二公厘的关节断面位移易造成日后关节症状，宜手术整复。一位十四岁的国中生因跳远造成足踝三平面骨折。经电脑断层检查，发现闭锁式整复失败，遂行开放式手术整复。
