• 3例行耳道软骨和皮肤部分切除者均无耳道狭窄和听力下降。本组中1例术后6月失访,11例患者随诊1年6月-2年均无复发。结论面神经总干解剖有助于完整切除耳后鳃裂瘘管和防止面神经不可逆损伤。
