A series of Ce0.65Zr0.35O2, Ce 0.65Zr0.25Y0.10O2 and Ce0.65Zr0.32La0.03O 2 solid solutions were prepared by modified sol-gel route and ultra -fine CeO2 impregnated with nitrates solution method respectively.
