AIM:The contents of terminal complement complex(SC5b-9),complement haemolytic activity(CH 50 ),anti-nuclear antibody(ANA) and anti-double stranded DNA(AdsDNA) in blood of SLE (systemic lupus erythematosus) patients were measured by various methods.
