AbstractFrom Janaurv 1982 to December 1992,a total of 485 patients with pulmonary tumors were treated by surgical procedure,in which 53 cases(92.4%) were treated by segmental resections of trachea,carina,bronchi and with tracheal-or bronchoplasty.
