According to the hydrological observation data over 30 years,this paper studied and analysed the dry season, change characteristics and regulation of Kaidu River,HuangShui RiLer,Qing Shui River,Dina River and Chercheng River.

• 本文依据新疆巴音郭楞蒙古自治州境内主要河流30年以上的水文观测资料，研究、分析了开都河、黄水沟、清水河、边那河、车尔臣河的径流干旱（枯水）的年际、年内变化特征和规律以及与新疆干旱年之间的关系。
