Adjacent organs were encroached of 18 cases in operation exploration, lymphoid nodes metastasis were observed in 9 patients, 7 cases survived over 5 years, 10 over 3 years,16 over 1 years, and 11 cases died in 1 year.

• 术中探查发现18例侵及毗邻脏器,淋巴结转移9例,术后生存5年以上7例,3年以上10例,1年以上16例,1年内死亡11例。
