After average injection for 18 times, the rats whose seizures reach 3-5grade (Racine scale) within 24 hours after CL injection and have 10 or more seizures between 2 injections were thought as the kindled rats.

• 肌注后24小时内有3-5级(Racine scale)痫性发作,在连续2次注射CL期间,发作次数在10次或以上的为点燃成功的大鼠,不符合以上标准的为未点燃大鼠。
