After surgery,3 of them got the ketoacidosis,3 got the infection of incisions,6 got pulmonary infection,3 got the infection of urinary system,4 got fungal infection and 1 died of multiple visceral organ failure.

• 术后发生酮症酸中毒3例,切口感染3例,肺部感染6例,泌尿系统感染3例,真菌感染4例,多脏器功能衰竭死亡1例。
