Aim To observe the effects of pituitrin ad- ministrated intravenously on electrocardiogram (ECG), and the effects of taurine on the ECG changes induced by pituitrin in conscious unrestrained rats.

• 目的 观察静脉注射 (iv)垂体后叶素 (pituitrin ,pit)对清醒无拘束大鼠II导联心电图 (ECG)影响 ,及不同剂量牛磺酸 (taurine ,TAU)对该ECG改变的影响。
