An analysis of 7 patients who underwent modified distal splenorenal shunt from Oct. 1982 to Apr. 1984 shows that there were no surgical mortality and morbidity were low.

• 摘要1982年10月至1984年4月之间，作者施行7例改良型远端脾肾静脉分流术治疗食道静脉出血。手术后无死亡例，术后并发症极少并且患者恢复迅速。
