Article 9 Anyone,who has legally use the Olympic Symbols according to laws before these Regulations went into force,may continue to use the Olympic Symbols within the primary scope.

• 依照前款规定订立使用许可合同的，被许可人只得在合同约定的地域范围、期间内使用奥林匹克标志。
