At operation, we removed the infected tissue from the leaky granular surface and obliter-ated this area with temporalis muscle flap.

• 手术时，于怀疑有脑脊髓液漏出之部位做刮搔后，移颞肌瓣予以填塞。术后情况良好，门诊追踪8个月亦未再发脑膜炎。
