By T-DNA insertional AtKinesin-13A mutant, the number and diameter of Golgi vesicles is sharply decreased in root-cap secretory cells of Arabidopsis, the root-cap secretory cells are vacuolization, and the number of root border cells is reduced markedly.

• 利用相应基因的T-DNA插入突变体,我们发现AtKinesin-13A缺失突变后,拟南芥根冠分泌活动较旺盛细胞中高尔基体附近的囊泡数目明显减少,而且其直径也变小,细胞出现液泡化; 同时,根冠外周的边缘细胞数目也明显减少。
