CCK positive neurons were reduced in the areas of DMH,VMH and LHA,SS positive neurons were increased in the areas of VMH,LHA and PVN in the FAI gioup,which showed significant difference compared with the normal saline and the blank control group.

• 与生理盐水组及空白对照组比较枳实组DMH、VMH、LHA的CCK阳性神经元表达降低； VMH、LHA、PVN的SS阳性神经元表达增高,与生理盐水组及空白对照组比较差异有显著性。
