Conclusion: The symptoms of patients with PVT are atypical.Early intervention is necessary.The early therapy of anticoagulant and dissolving is effective to prevent PVT if discovering abnormality.

• 结论：门静脉血检形成患者症状不典型，必须加强认识，早期干预，发现异常及早抗凝、溶拴治疗是防治脾切除加胃底贲门周围血管离断术后门静脉血栓形成的有效方法。
