Experiments carried out with wheat are reported in this paper. It showed that wheat root nodules could be induced by a certain concentration of 2,4-D, however, no nitrogenase activities of these nodules were examined by acetylene reduction method.

• 本文以小麦为试验材料,观察到一定浓度的2,4-D虽能诱发小麦根部结瘤,但结瘤后的小麦植株生长受到明显抑制,用乙炔还原法测不出这些麦瘤具有固氮活性。
