Groups of high and medium dose of FFHC significantly enhanced the flux liquid of coronary artery of ischemia,inhibited the CK and LDH activities of perfusion liquid,and improved the pathological histology of ischemia-reperfusion.

• FFHC高、中剂量组对心脏缺血再灌注损伤具有明显的保护作用,能提高缺血再灌注心脏的冠脉灌注量,抑制缺血再灌注损伤心肌CK和LDH外漏,拮抗缺血再灌注所造成的心肌的组织学损伤。
