Her general appearance was tall and thin.She had the upper gastrointestinal (UGI) barium study, angiography and abdominal sonography performed to confirm the diagnosis of SMA syndrome.

• 经过上消化道钡剂摄影，血管摄影及腹部超音波检查后，确定为上肠系动脉症候群，接受内科治疗，症状得以改善后出院，现门诊追踪，情况良好。
