In COPD group both the amount of Clara cells and the expression of CC10 in terminal and respiratory bronchioles decreased and the percentage of CC10 positive cells in airways correlated positively with airway resistance.

• COPD大鼠终末及呼吸性细支气管上皮细胞Clara细胞数量减少 ,气道上皮细胞CC10表达减少 ,CC10阳性细胞百分率与气道阻力呈负相关、与动态顺应性呈正相关。
