In case the hearer fails to voluntarily request for withdrawal in any of the circumstances as mentioned in the preceding paragraph, the foreign exchange shall order him to withdraw.

• 听证人员有前款规定情形之一，但未按规定自行申请回避的，外汇局应当责令其回避。
