In the F 2 population from npa 1/Sheng47 the gene for the non palea trait was mapped between two restriction fragment length polymorphism markers, C498 and RZ450, with distances of 7.5cM and 2.4cM, respectively.

• 选用突变体为父本、生 4 7为母本杂交的F2 群体作定位群体 ,利用SSLP标记和RFLP标记将与突变性状相关的基因定位在第 6染色体短臂上RFLP标记C4 98和RZ4 5 0之间 ,暂定名为npa 1。
