In the three groups,marked ST elevation in inferior leads showed no significance, with ST_(aVR)depression suggested the right coronary artery(RCA)occlusion and without ST_(aVR)depression sug- gested LCX occlusion.

• 三组病人下壁导联的ST段抬高差异无统计学意义,伴aVR导联ST段压低,提示右冠状动脉(RCA)闭塞,如不伴aVR导联ST段压低,则提示LCX闭塞。
