In the treatment of 8 cases of patients with uncontrollable epistaxis,we used the embolization following vascular angiographic localization.They were cured and no any serious complication.

• 为探讨血管造影栓塞术治疗顽固性鼻出血的疗效，对8例经多次后鼻孔填塞失败的顽固性鼻出血患者，在荧光屏透视下行超选择血管栓塞术9次，全部栓塞成功，无一例出现严重并发症。
