In this experiment, using a pair of primers reported before, a strain of new virus was detected by RT-PCR in a flock of commercial broilers in Jin Lin province and designated JL-2. CEF cells were used for the replication and isolation of the virus.

• 本实验采用ALV-J特异性引物，用RT-PCR的方法从吉林省某种鸡场送检的种鸡体内，检出一株ALV-J病毒。 遂将此ALV-J分离株命名为JL-2株。
