In this thesis, the formulation and present situation of human resources in China are analyzed through four aspect, those are education, medical & health work, training at post and migration for better job.

• 本文首先从人力资源价值积累的四个方面，即教育、医疗卫生、在职培训和为了就业而进行的迁移，着手进行分析我国人力资源的形成和现状，指出我国人力资源积累的特点是人力资源存量大，但是人力资源总体质量有待提高。
