METHODS: Fifty-six patients received abdominal delivery were devided into atrox group (n=29) and control group (n=27) hemocoagulase atrox 2 U was adminstrated iv drip 30 min before operation, 2 U was adminstrated iv drip 2 h after operation.

• 方法:剖宫产手术产妇 56例,分为血凝酶组(29例)和对照组(27例),血凝酶组术前 30min用血凝酶 2单位静脉注射(静注 ),术后 2h血凝酶 2单位静注。
