Method A chemiluminescence system,in which eosinophils,lymphocytes or neutrophils were induced by PMA,was used to evaluate the SOD mimic activity. The chemiluminescence was recorded by BCPL ultra-weak luminescence analyzer.

• 方法 以鲁米诺介导的发光体系为试验模型 ,利用佛波豆寇乙酸脂 (PMA)刺激多形核粒细胞 (PMN)、淋巴细胞 (LC)及嗜酸细胞 (EC)呼吸爆发诱导产生化学发光 ,观察不同浓度SOD模拟酶对化学发光的影响 ,以评价模拟酶的活性。
