• 方法我科于2003年至2005年治疗复杂胫腓骨骨折17例,用闭合穿针,环形外固定支架固定,胫腓骨骨折区域用环形式外固定支架固定,外固定范围不超出膝、踝关节,观察骨折愈合情况和功能恢复程度。
