Methods 20 Early Gastric Cancer patients after general anesthesia were divided into two groups,laparoscopy-assisted distal gastrectomy group (LADG n=10) and open total gastrectomy group (OTG n=10).

• 方法早期胃癌病人40例全麻后,随机分为两组,即腹腔镜辅助全胃切除术(LADG组)和开腹组(OTG组),每组20例。记录两组手术时间,失血量,术后镇痛投药次数,术后住院天数,第1次下床、排气及进食距术毕时间。
