Methods 7 patients had received subcutaneous mammectomy,and been given the breast reconstruction by implantation of silicone capsule posterior greater pectoral muscle at the same time.

• 方法:共为7例(13只乳房)患者按常规行皮下乳腺切除术,酌情应用内窥镜辅助,于胸大肌下植入乳房假体,行乳房重建手术。
