Methods We collected vein blood of normal controls (n =108) and MPD patients (n=106, including 38 cases of CML, 18 cases of MF, 20 cases of ET, 23 cases of PV and 7 cases of CNL), prepared blood smear and examined NAP by Kaplow NAP staining method.
