Methods: In haste liver injury models induced by carbon tetrachloride(CCl 4)and interfered by CERA of three different dose to observe the change of the serum ALT,AST,hepatic tissue SOD,MDA,NO and the change of pathological tissue slices of liver.

• 方法:以CCl4 制备小鼠急性肝损伤模型,分别用三种不同浓度的CERA进行干预,观察检测血清ALT、AST和肝匀浆SOD、MDA、NO的含量变化及肝组织病理学变化。
