Methods:A randomized, double blind, multicenter study was conducted and compared with 3% acyclovir (ACV) cream. Patients were treated every 2 hours during the first 12 hours of the trial, afterwards 5 times a daily for 5 consecutive days.

• 方法 : 采用多中心随机双盲法 ,并与 3%25阿昔洛韦霜进行比较 ,患者外涂试验及对照药物 ,开始用药的前 12小时内 ,每 2小时一次 ,以后每天 5次 ,总疗程 5天。
