Methods:Under fluoro-scopic guidance, TBPB was taken 163 times in 116 patients with peripheral pulmonary disease, among whom 37 patients with negative TBPB underwent PNAB 42 times totally.

• 方法:116例肺外周病变的患者先进行纤支镜肺活检并刷检共163次；对于经纤支镜检未能获得诊断的37例患者再进行经皮肺穿针吸活检共42次。结果:经纤支镜肺活检并刷检获得诊断者79例；诊断率为68.；1%25。
