Mg2+-ATPase could be inhibited by Pr3+ or Nd3+. This result ind-ecated that Pr3+ or Nd3+ inhibited the activity of Ca2+ . Mg2+-ATPase on plasma membrane of Vicia febe leaves was not spelific to CaM.

• 初步证实Pr~(3+)、Nd~(3+)对依赖于CaM的以及不依赖于CaM的蚕豆叶片原生质膜上Ca~(2+)·Mg~(2+)-ATPase活性的抑制不是CaM专一的。
