Monochloroethylene carbonate(ClEC)was firstly prepared as intermediate by chlorination of ethenyl carbonate(EC)with sulfuryl chloride(SO_2Cl_2),and then ClEC reacted with triethylamine in EC solvent to get vinylene carbonate(VC).

• 以碳酸乙烯酯(EC)为原料,用磺酰氯(SO2C l2)作为氯化剂生成一氯代碳酸乙烯酯(C lEC),再以三乙胺为脱卤化剂在EC溶剂中合成了碳酸亚乙烯酯(VC),优化了制备C lEC和VC的工艺参数。
