Nanoscale composites of SnO2/SiO2 were sythesised by using sol-gel method. The structure and infrared absorbency of SnO2/SiO2 compsite had been studied with XRD ,AFM and infrared spectra.

• 以溶胶-凝胶方法制备纳米SnO2/SiO2复合粉体,并用XRD、AFM、IR等方法对其进行了表征,给出了相关的工艺参数,研究了纳米SnO2/SiO2复合材料的红外吸收特性。
