Newborn mice in group of U, U+DES and U+AAF were injected intraperitoneally with U at dose of 500mg/kg at the 14th day. At the 26th week, all the animals were dissected.

• ICR新生小鼠仅在第1d、8d、15d分别注射DES或AAF三次,与U联合作用组在第14d注射U(500mg/kg)。
