OBJECTIVE To explore effect of astragalus membranaceus on phospholamban and Ca~(2+)-ATPase,and observe variation of the sarcoplasmic reticulum PLB and SERCA in the myocardium in spontaneously hypertensive rats at the early hypertension.

• 目的:观察自发性高血压大鼠(spontaneously hypertensive rats,SHR)在高血压早期心肌肌浆网中的钙泵(Ca2+-AT-Pase,SERCA)和受磷蛋白(PLB)在蛋白水平表达量的变化,探讨黄芪注射液对SHR心肌PLB和SERCA表达的影响。
