OPA 09, OPA 13, OPG 11, OPG 17, OPL 12, OPL 14, OPL 15 and OPN 04, which have more amplified products, were used for RAPD analysis of INA bacteria. The 8 primers totally amplified 148 fragments in the 9 isolates of INA bacteria investigated.
