Objective The expressions of surfactant protein (SP)SP A,SP B,and SP CmRNA in lungs of rats with bleomycin induced pulmonary fibrosis were studied. Method A single dose of bleomycin(BLM) was intratracheal injected to induce pulmonary fibrosis of rats.
