Objective The purpose of this study is to investigate alterations in the acetylcholine-dependent potassium channel and rapid delayed rectifier potassium channel gene expression in patient with atrial fibrillation (AF).

• 目的 研究慢性心房颤动(房颤,AF)患者心房组织中乙酰胆碱依赖性钾通道(K_(ACh))和快速延迟整流钾通道(Kr)的基因表达。 观察慢性房颤时心房组织K_(ACh)和Kr的mRNA表达改变及探讨其对慢性房颤电重构和离子重构的意义。
