Objective To examination whether endothelium cells (ECs) vulnerable to diabetic serum (DS) and further investigated to whether the protection effects of ginkgolide B (GB) and Ginkgo biloba extracts (GBE) on ECV-304 cell damage induced by DS.

• 目的:观察糖尿病患者血清(diabetic serum,DS)对内皮细胞损伤情况,以阿托伐他汀(atovastatin,AT)为阳性对照,探讨中草药银杏叶提取物(Ginkgo biloba extracts,GBE)及其成分银杏内酯(ginkgolide B,GB)对DS诱导的内皮损伤的保护作用,为糖尿病血管并发症的防治找到切实有效的药物提供一定的实验依据。
