Objective To observe the expression of GAP-43 and the changes of malelic dialdehyde (MDA),nitric oxide (NO) and adenosine triphosphatase (ATPase) in the retinal tissues after optic nerve injury and to explore their function.

• 目的通过对视神经损伤后,视网膜中生长相关蛋白-43(GAP-43)的表达及丙二醛(MDA)、一氧化氮(NO)、三磷酸腺苷酶(ATPase)含量变化的分析,探讨上述物质在视神经损伤中的变化及作用。
