Objective To study the clinical characteristic, diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of the acute leukemia (AL) patients who developed acute tumor lysis syndrome (ATLS) after chemotherapy.

• 目的探讨急性白血病患者化疗后并发急性肿瘤溶解综合征(ATLS)的临床特征、诊断、治疗及转归。方法对10例化疗后发生ATLS的急性白血病患者化疗前后的各项血生化指标进行分析。
