Objective To summarize the clinical characteristic feature of thoracolumbar vertebral chor doma , and to analyze the pathological factors effecting on prognosis.

• 目的对胸腰椎脊索瘤的临床特点进行总结,初步探讨脊索瘤的病理特点和综合治疗手段。方法对胸腰椎肿瘤,根据WBB分期,进行椎体或全椎节切除。
