Objective To transfect pcDNA3.1/hTM plasmids containing human thrombomodulin (hTM) gene into human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs),and investigate the expression of hTM and anticoagulating function of transfected HUVECs.

• 目的将含入凝血酶调节蛋白(hTM)基因的真核表达载体质粒 pcDNA3.；1/hTM 转染体外培养的脐静脉内皮细胞(HUVECs)；观察外源凝血酶调节蛋白的表达及其所致的 HUVECs 抗凝功能的改变。
