Objective: To explore the basic concept and conceptual model of Electronic Health Record(EHR) and its standards requirements,and to discuss the development strategy of EHR standards in our country.

• 目的:探讨电子健康记录(EHR)的基本概念、模型及其标准需求,讨论我国电子健康记录的标准开发策略。方法:结合我国电子健康记录发展现状,根据国际标准,从不同的视角分析电子健康记录的概念模型和标准需求。
