Objective: To investigate the expression of ESE-3 mouse homology gene Ehf in asthmatic mouse and to explore the role of ESE-3 in human bronchial asthma.

• 方法：将30只雌性BALB/c小鼠随机分成3组，即对照组、哮喘模型组和布地奈德雾化治疗组，用逆转录PCR、荧光定量PCR检测Ehf mRNA的表达，用免疫印迹法检测其蛋白质的表达，比较三组的Ehf表达变化。
